In Vietnam, some fucked up father named his son "Fined Six Thousand and Five Hundred" (in Vietnamese, of course) because that's what the fine was for violating the country's two-child policy. The father finally allowed his son to change his name now that he's 17. That kid is going to have some serious father issues.
