From the 2007 Big Apple BBQ Block Party
I couldn't bring myself to see these photos from the Big Apple BBQ Block Party on my site until today. I simply had too much BBQ on Sunday to see them again. I'm not sure when I'll be able to eat it again. Maybe when summer's over?

Great shots. I was pretty 'qued out, myself. I ran the pit for Hill Country at the event and thought it was the best ever this year. Lines ran smoothly, the food was great and everyone seemed to be having fun....I wish we'd had a chance to meet....Maybe next year....

hmm. i really liked the fried pie! and i liked the sausage from salt lick (third picture). but it's mostly a haze. a meat-induced haze.
