Crown Point Vista House on the Columbia River Gorge
When Wikipedia says that Crown Point, "serves mostly as a public restroom," I can't really argue. I seem to recall using the bathrooms inside.

it also serves as a big makeout spot for highschoolers.

i saw this on a short visit to portland and mount hood, but only from the outside. my aunt and i were at that nearby waterfall, but i don't remember the name.
