Chinese New Year Parade for the Year of the Dog
Lots of dogs were on hand to celebrate the Year of the Dog, the most famous of which was Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog. Obviously, no comedic stuff going on, just Triumph sitting on a rickshaw.

Wonderful photos. The colors you caught with your camera are amazing. Helps when you have something that impressive to shoot, but also helps to have someone who knows how to take pictures. Wow!

There were actually 2 Triumphs. One was in the rickshaw and the other was on the hand of the comedian Robert Smigel.
BTW, why take pictures of Triumph, you should have aimed the camera at the girl pulling the rickshaw. I think everyone else was already... When she pulled into Chatham Sqaure she was mobbed.
