Finally, A Haircut

POST #    2030

As is the Chinese custom (because I follow sooo many), I got my haircut before the new year. It was an interesting experience as is the norm if you're getting your haircut in Greenpoint and don't speak Polish. I actually pointed out what I wanted my hair to look like out of one of those haircut books. I think I have to say that I'm happy with how my $15 haircut turned out.

The biggest problem with this is I can now feel the cold air on my neck. On the other hand, I can use less shampoo now. Here's to the next 8 months without a haircut.

i bet shannan is happy. and for $15, im realizing money isn't the reason you don't cut it more often! where did you go?! supercuts?!

I love that every time tien gets a hair cut, it turns into an event. People should throw parties, we should bake a cake. Keg stands anyone?

Good one, Neil - a "Hair Today, Shorn Tomorrow" party!

Once again, Hairman Mao is ousted from power. Many months will pass before his eventual return.

no, it's not money. i like it longer and i'm lazy. i went to some place on my street - there's no supercuts here.

neil, it totally is an event as it happens every 8 or so months. the party is a good idea.

i miss hairman mao.
