A Book of My 2005 in Photos

POST #    2019

2005qoop.jpg

Earlier this year, I created a set, which you can view as a slideshow, on flickr that pretty much summarizes my 2005 in photos. Birthdays, Vegas, The Gates, China, friends, food, travel, lots of weddings, and tons of Mortimer. (I started that list right there in a somewhat chronological order, but it was just too hard to do through 135 photos.)

As flickr has a handy system to order photos in various ways now, I used Qoop to order a book of my 2005 in Photos set. It came out pretty cool, but I just wish the pictures on the page were a little bigger than they actually are. Maybe next year I'll make a calendar.

- My 2005 in Photos set on flickr (slideshow of said set)
- All my 2005 photos on flickr (I think I still have some to upload)
- And photos from 2006 so far (not too many, yet)

Have you tried the book making function via iLife? I've really been wanting to try it out, as the books come in all sizes...but alas, our lone mac is way out of date.

Cool! And I need to get a book made - what kind of binding did you use?

tien doesn't do iLife. Bah, the stubborn fool. Been meaning to try the book function myself.

The Jonas is honored to be included in your Best Of.

Really enjoyed the pics...Love them...I have my favorites but too many to list here..
BTW, my catperson, CoCo Chanel, caught a glimpse of Mortimer and has been in heat ever since.... She's just 6 months old....do you think you might be taking pics of THEIR wedding one day??

You are gradually inspiring me to raise my blog from the dead and start adding daily blogisodes of my life again...thanks

jen, i went with perfect bound.

g, if they got married, they wouldn't be able to reproduce as mort is without some vital parts for that.

yeah mike, i think the book is good for stuff like that.

Well CoCo is about to be without some vital parts for that too.....it's ok, they could still "get it on". My dogperson, Spitha, humps a Tickle Me Elmo and she does not have the vital parts either...LOL
Ok, that sounds disturbing....
