Mortimer Between the Steps

Mortimer has taken to sitting on the stairs in my apartment. Sometimes when he does that, he'll stick his head between the steps and meow down at me. It's very strange, but very cute. Okay, you can puke ... now.

my cat does the same thing, but sticking her head through the railing to see what's going on
