Best two Days of Afternoon TV Ever!!

POST #    1488

I guess I've discovered some appointment TV while I'm down here in Virginia. Today, Knight Rider, tomorrow, Airwolf! What I wonder is why they don't have them on back to back? It would be a ratings killer. Fools! They are really losing out if they are only showing these once a week. What else could be on (Magnum PI is on at night)?

With gems like this from Michael Knight, "Besides, she's not the one i'm interested in...it's you." Man he was a stylish guy. Not only did he have a mullet, a bad leather jacket, and shirts that were only buttoned half way, he had that cool watch that connected him to KITT! No wonder Germans love David Hasselhoff.

Unlike The Simpsons, I can't say that I remember every episode of Knight Rider, but I do remember when KITT and Michael Knight were evil and when Kit faced a big truck that had the same capabilities he did. Something I never noticed before, KITT took 5 1/4" floppy discs.

wow, I didn't know you were a closeted Hassofile, very interesting level added to your profile. And it's KITT, not Kit :P The Big evil truck was Goliath, which was controlled by Michael's Evil Twin Garthe. Well not really his twin, but thats more detail than you need.. Don't forget the evil prototype KARR. You can't get any better than that, can ya? Gotta love the 80s. /geek off.

Was this a national channel it was on? And just FYI, SCI-FI has a couple of Knight Rider marthons coming up in January if your Tivo gets bored enough.
