Pizza Tuesday
For no good reason - not that you need a good reason - here is a photo of the pizza I made on Sunday. I had a fair about of leftover pizza ingredients so I went out and bought some dough to make use of the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. The only problem is that my pizza peel is now broken. It was accidentally baked in the oven last weekend and developed some cracks. Mental note: take trip to restaurant supply stores on Bowery as recommended by Adam.
The pizza can speak for itself. It says, "Eat me, eat me." Lucky for me, there are some leftovers. Hmm...I need sleep.
