Anniversary Weekend Eats

POST #    1381

A special weekend with phenomenal food. Thanks to all that helped me eat it all, you know who you are.

Above, Malpeque oysters and the lobster pot pie from Mary's Fish Camp, parmesan crusted salmon with vegetables, pepperoni pizza, and ribs with a savory rub (from Fresh Direct), all made at Casa de Mao.

Note to self:

Never, ever, ever read Tien's blog before lunch anymore. I get one look at all that succulent delicious everything and now I've got to go find a buffet somewhere.

I thank you. My expanding waistline thanks you. My increasing sodium levels thank you. My broken will power thanks you. And my belly thanks you, though in an actual, non-sarcastic manner.

i would love to help you eat them, without you having to thank me at all.

I am sure the thanks should be turned around on you.. since the Casa de Mao (hm.. mexican, chinese, or asian-spanish fusion?) served up the most phenomenal food in greenpoint! resulting in illness from eating too much.
