At The Delancey

POST #    1200

Two nights in a row at trendy places? So not me. Beer for $6? Not good. It's just hard to fault The Delancy for anything since their roof deck is damn nice. Thanks to Janelle and Lockhart for organizing. And welcome to New York, Jess (who I didn't actually welcome...) and Jen.

Speaking of trendy, Croxley Ale House is becoming popular. la depressionada was kind enough to send me an article from The Village Voice featuring Croxley's. I just hope it doesn't blow up too much. If you're coming tonight, shoot me an email or leave me a comment.

Two weeks ago we dropped off some friends in billyburg. coming back over the bridge, I saw the Delancey and said "Look at that ROOF". now it's all popular before we even made our way down there. Sigh.

i too passed by it two weeks ago and commented on the roof. and i think it was popular already.

You're becoming quite the bon vivant, man about town!

I look forward to some wings tonight. Odd that the Voice said they were coated with barbecue sauce.

tien, i didn't even know you were there! mostly because i didn't know who anyone was, but still...we must be introduced!

ha, bon vivant - a tired one.

jessica - i'm going to blame janelle since she's too busy and not here to defend herself.

and damn, this photo is so dark on a pc.

Hey Tien- do you have any reccomendations for a good and somewhat affordable restaurant in SoHo?

Thanks!

hmmm, i'm not quite a soho person heather. but if you get there before 7, you should stop by eileen's cheesecakes. in my opinion (and hey, that's the only one that matters), it's the best cheesecake in new york. as far as food goes, i'm at a loss. sorry.
