Nothing Quite Like a BBQ at Work
Yesterday afternoon, we grilled some meat at work. There is nothing quite like trying to feed 120 or so people with copious amounts of food, 120 beers, and a fire that is way too hot. Some of the few hairs I had on my right hand are now singed. I'm surprised that my hair didn't get burned by the wild flames. The event turned out well, despite some uncooked meats, which I was not in charge of. Next time, no more grilling for me. Note the warped grill surface and the discoloration of the grill from the heat.
And can I just say that propane grills are so much better than charcoal. Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves.
