Farewell to Lana
With Lana leaving for Hong Kong soon, of course she had to have a going away party. The decided venue was Link, a place I had never heard of, but probably passed at least once. After fretting about my casual attire, everything worked out okay. At Link, there is even a nice little outdoor place where smokers can go and non-smokers can go inhale second hand smoke. Lovely.
You know what's crazy? I have known Lana for almost 10 years now. How insane is that?!? I think the first time we met was in Dr. Nicole's history class in high school. Sadly, she's moving away for work, but what can you do, I guess we're all getting old and responsible (ack!!). I overheard someone at the party someone at her party say, "I won't wish you 'good luck' because I'll see you!" What a load of crock. You still wish people "good luck" even if you do plan on seeing them. So Lana, I wish you good luck and I'll see you when you come back to visit, or in the unlikely even that I go to Hong Kong.

Damn, is that Kastellic? And Lana?
I know if you haven't seen someone since 1996, they're probably going to look a little different to you, but, man!
