Finally, Some Counterspace!

POST #    1004

Yesterday, my kitchen contractor installed the countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Both are granite, heavy, and look really shiny and nice right now. This, of course, begs the question, "when will the apartment be finished?" Don't ask, because I don't know. I hope to move my stuff in before the end of the month. As always, I'm sure my contractor will do his best not to let that happen.

Instead of moving in by the end of the month, you should push to the middle of the month. And you should go to your apartment this weekend doing a major cleaning up. You can not depend on the contractor to do so. JH

Dude, you SO CANNOT count on the contractor to do so. I smell a clean-up beer party.

i wasn't really counting on my contractor to clean. i'll be happy if he finishes. and i didn't even think of having my friends help clean...this sounds like a great idea, but i'm not sure how many people would actually help me.

any takers?
