Wonderland

Police official points out blood evidence at the scene.
Last night, I watched the movie Wonderland, a movie about John Holmes and the 1981 Wonderland murders. John Holmes was a porn star who made over 2000 movies and reportedly had sex with 14,000 women. The movie Boogie Nights was loosely based on the life of John Holmes, where Wonderland covers a very short period of it. The Wonderland murders happened on July 1, 1981 in Los Angeles, and resulted in four deaths. The victims were all beaten to death with lead pipes, resulting in a gruesome crime scene, but nobody was ever convicted of the murders.
The DVD includes your standard DVD footage - deleted scenes, photos, etc. - and some footage by the LAPD at the crime scene. The footage is particularly interesting. There are detectives dressed in some plaid pants that point out parts of the crime scene. There are shots of cigarettes in ashtrays, blood spatter, blood covered furniture, and even dead bodies. It was a morbid, yet interesting, look into the scene of the murder.

Well... i fell asleep on it twice. Once late at night, and once when I started it over and watched it in the morning. I woke up and continued watching it and found it entertaining especially cause there were so many actors I recognized. (and even Paris Hilton, barf.) I remember thinking that it was pretty good when I finished, however, I remember NOTHING about it now. I dont think that is a very good testiment to the movie.

i would say that the falling asleep and the lack of memories of the movie are both negatives.
i enjoyed the paris hilton appearance. i think it worked well. young looking hoochie with sex crazed, club running, coke fiend.
