As Seen in Brooklyn

Aitken Place and Clinton Street, Brooklyn
I was strolling around Brooklyn Heights in the snow tonight and saw this at Aitken Place and Clinton Street. Someone clever taped up the rest of the don't walk hand, leaving a middle finger.

See, this is why New York rules, while Boston will always have an inferiority complex - we don't have anything like that, hmph!

Nice. So who's going to be the first to post a version with the devil hands?

hello this is a letter from a friend of the perpetrator -
it's kind of funny to see how this all got out. my friend taped that up for the first time about two months ago. it was then taken down by a truck with a cherry picker but then put back up by him. it was not meant to me anything political more or less.
seeing "Tien is famous,'' one blogger wrote." does not exactly credit him.
thanks.
